These terms apply when you use this website or engage BusinessAIMD LLC (“BusinessAIMD,” “we,” “us”). Using the site means you accept them.

What we do

We are an AI consulting practice serving small businesses in Northeast Ohio. We examine how a business operates, identify where it is losing customers or time, and recommend or implement a fix.

The free Business Check-Up

The Check-Up is a free, roughly fifteen minute conversation with no cost and no obligation. You receive a written, plain-English summary of what was found and what is recommended, yours to keep and act on however you like, including with someone else. Requesting one does not create a client relationship or commit either of us to further work.

Paid engagements

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, and term. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quote. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. References to clinical training describe the diagnostic method we apply to business problems. They do not mean we are providing medical care or acting as your physician, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Consult a licensed professional in the relevant field before acting on decisions in those areas.

No guaranteed outcomes

We aim to move real numbers, and we will tell you plainly when we think something will not work. But business results depend on many things outside our control, including how recommendations get carried out. We do not guarantee any particular result, revenue figure, or return.

Your responsibilities

When you work with us, you agree to:

• Give accurate information about your business so the diagnosis is sound
• Hold the rights and permissions needed for any accounts, numbers, or data you ask us to work with
• Use anything we build for you lawfully, including following the rules that apply to calling and texting
• Not send us personal health information or other sensitive personal data

Messaging compliance

If we operate a text messaging service for your business, you remain the sender of record for messages sent on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern business messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and with mobile carrier requirements. We will configure opt-out handling, and you agree not to ask us to message people who have not contacted your business or who have opted out.

Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and use it only to advise and serve you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to BusinessAIMD LLC. The written diagnosis we give you is yours. Any systems, templates, or methods we use to produce it remain ours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BusinessAIMD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to it in the three months before the claim. Since the Check-Up is free, that amount is zero for the Check-Up.

Third-party services

Our services depend on providers such as Twilio, Formspree, and Vercel. We are not responsible for their outages, delays, or changes in their terms and pricing.

Ending an engagement

Ongoing services are month to month unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Either of us may end an engagement with reasonable notice as set out in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
