SMS opt-in evidence

This page documents the consent experience for BusinessAIMD's missed-call text-back messaging, as evidence for carrier campaign review. The full program terms live in the Text messaging section of our Privacy Policy.

1. The voice disclosure every caller hears

Our business number is +1 (216) 279-7161. Anyone who calls it, including a carrier reviewer verifying this program, hears this greeting, spoken before any text message is sent:

“Thanks for calling BusinessAIMD. If we can't pick up, we'll text you right back at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.”

If the call is answered, no text is sent. If the call goes unanswered, the caller receives at most one automated text back. Replying STOP to that text (or any of our texts) opts the number out of all further texts from our number, including after future missed calls, until the person replies START. The text-back is never sent to anyone who has not first called us and heard this disclosure; the only other message the service sends is an internal missed-call alert to our own staff phone.
